How to Book?

1. Choose your desired area on the main map (T, R, C or PC) **note not all open at once

2. Scroll down to choose powered or unpowered in that area

3. From area map, select your desired site number in dropdown bookable area

4. Two-night minimum you can only select the Friday & Saturday nights
Add additional nights to booking at checkout

5. Complete your booking by creating an account

The Truck Show & town CBD is a 5-minute drive away.
Located at Casino Showgrounds entry from Summerland Way.

How do I book two sites?

If you want to book two spaces, you must go through the process twice under the same account.

Is it pet friendly?

No, no pets of any kind are permitted on site.

Is there a dump point?

Yes, near the toilets/showers in Area R, to the right as you drive in the main entrance.

Are fires permitted?

No, no open flame. This includes any burners, anything close to the ground.

How many people can I have on my site?

You can have up to 8 people per site. Only one person needs to book. You must let us know the numbers upon booking to ensure we have enough facilities to accommodate all persons.

Can I camp for one night only?

Yes, you can leave when you like, you still have to book a minimum of two nights. Let us know which night you’re arriving by

How do I book for more than two nights?

As you go through to checkout there are add-on options for Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday additional nights stays.

Can I have additional cars on my site?

There is a designated carpark for additional cars, only 1 vehicle can be on each site.

I cannot print out my parking pass?

Passes will be sent out week of the Truck Show. If you’re unable to print it out please contact us and we can help you before arrival.
No printed pass no camping.

Check in times?

Check in from 10am and check out by 9:30am

Can I bring a generator?

Yes, but generators must be silent by 10pm each night.

Do I need a ticket for Truck Show

No, Casino Truck Show is a free event

Where to park in town for the event?

There will be plenty of park available at Queen Elizabeth Park, you can cross the new suspension bridge to get into the CBD. Alternatively, you can find parking on streets nearby, for closer access but less spaces available.

I’m just over the size of my site – will I still fit?

No, please book two sites

Is there an age limit?

No, all ages are welcome to this family friendly campsite and event. With a wide range of entertainment in town.

Can we bring our own food & drinks?

Yes, keep in mind no glass or fire are permitted within the campground.

What amenities are provided?

There will be toilet and shower blocks. Depending on booking numbers buses and coffee may be provided.

Is there a quiet camping area?

No, if you’re looking for quiet area, there are a few sites set apart from bigger groups, we would recommend booking here before they sell out. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure they will be quiet.
